- Nelumbo Nucifera Flower (Lotus) Extract: Indian lotus flower extract succeeds in

hyaluronic acid. Today it is produced biotechnologically from the cell membranes of
microorganisms in culture media of plant origin. Low-molecular hyaluron is used to
reach the deeper layers of the skin and high-molecular to have the moisture-
binding effect on the epidermis. When combined with water, hyaluronic acid leaves a
viscoelastic, non-sticky and invisible film on the skin. This regulates the moisture
balance of the skin. Due to this strong moisture retention, the skin appears much
smoother and plumper.
- Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil: The oil is extracted from a nut that is mainly found
in Australia, Africa and Hawaii. It looks very similar to the hazelnut. The high
content of palmitolic acid makes the oil especially skin-friendly. It protects against
dehydration and is very well absorbed by the skin.

Processing Time
Our typical processes orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. During busier periods, processing times may be longer. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it still requires 2-3 business days for order processing before the package is shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with BioRenewal is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased from our website upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require prior authorization by BioRenewal Representative. Please return your product within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.
Returns will be only accepted up to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
