We are expanding our reach and looking for a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our B2B wholesale partnerships.

Job Summary

As a Wholesale Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing wholesale accounts in the skincare and beauty industry. Your main focus will be building relationships with salons, spas, med spas, estheticians, dermatologists, and beauty retailers, promoting TBC LAB’s product line, and driving wholesale sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads – Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including beauty professionals, skincare clinics, and spas.
  • Manage Existing Accounts – Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Close Sales Deals – Present product benefits, negotiate pricing, and secure wholesale partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge & Training – Educate clients on product formulations, benefits, and best usage practices.
  • Achieve Sales Targets – Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Market & Competitor Research – Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Order Processing & Follow-Ups – Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in Wholesale Sales – 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
  • Passion for Skincare – Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients is a plus.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Networking & Relationship Building – Strong ability to connect with business owners and industry professionals.
  • Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and social media outreach.
