Highlighted Ingredients
Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate: A gentle, amino acid–based cleansing agent derived from glutamic acid and lauric acid (commonly sourced from coconut oil). Known for its mildness, it’s ideal for sensitive skin, effectively removing impurities while leaving the skin soft, smooth, and balanced without stripping away natural moisture.
Vitamin E Acetate: A powerful antioxidant that helps neutralize free radicals and protect the skin from environmental stressors. It supports skin barrier function, reduces oxidative damage, and promotes a healthier, more resilient complexion.
Trehalose: A natural humectant that binds water to the skin and enhances moisture retention. It helps alleviate dryness and dullness while reinforcing the stratum corneum’s protective barrier, leaving skin hydrated, supple, and comfortable.
How to Use

Daily Use: Dispense a dime-sized amount into your palms and rub together to create a rich, creamy foam.

Gently massage over damp face using circular motions for about 30 seconds to effectively lift away impurities.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and follow with toner and serum.

We currently ship within US and Canada market. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tracking Orders

Processing Time
Our typical processes orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. During busier periods, processing times may be longer. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it still requires 2-3 business days for order processing before the package is shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with BioRenewal is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased from our website upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require prior authorization by BioRenewal Representative. Please return your product within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.
Returns will be only accepted up to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
