How to Use

After cleansing, ensure the face and hands are completely dry before application.

Dispense 2–3 drops into clean hands and gently press into the skin on the face, neck, and décolletage until fully absorbed.

Once the serum has completely dried, follow with your regular skincare routine and always finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Processing Time
Our typical processes orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. During busier periods, processing times may be longer. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it still requires 2-3 business days for order processing before the package is shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with BioRenewal is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased from our website upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require prior authorization by BioRenewal Representative. Please return your product within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.
Returns will be only accepted up to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
