How to Use

As a Toner: After cleansing, apply a suitable amount to a cotton pad and gently pat over the face and neck until fully absorbed.

As a Hydrating Mask: Soak a dry sheet mask in the Facial Conditioning Lotion, then unfold and apply it evenly to the face. Leave on for 8–10 minutes, remove the mask, and follow with a moisturizer for optimal hydration.
Shipping
We currently ship within US and Canada market. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Processing Time
Our typical processes orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. During busier periods, processing times may be longer. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it still requires 2-3 business days for order processing before the package is shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with BioRenewal is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased from our website upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require prior authorization by BioRenewal Representative. Please return your product within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.
Returns will be only accepted up to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
