Highlighted Ingredients:
- Silk Extract: Silk is a protein consisting of a polymer of amino acids and gives
an immediate smoothing effect. There are multi-functions such as boosting
collagen secretion, prevent zits, and enhance our skin barrier from the
damage of UV.
- 3.5% NMF (Sodium PCA): It is a naturally occurring hydrating element and
acts as a skin-replenishing ingredient in various products. Sodium PCA is a
humectant ingredient, which helps the skin retain moisture by attracting
water to the upper layer of the skin.
How to use:
- Make-up Remover: Press the pump about 2-3 times onto your hands, gently
massage the face in circular motions around 30 seconds until makeup is
removed, and then wash it off with water.
- Facial Cleanser: Press the pump about 2-3 times onto your wet hands, then
add some water to rub until bubble foam comes out. Apply it on your face
with gentle massage for around 30 seconds, and then wash it off with
water.

Processing Time
Our typical processes orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. During busier periods, processing times may be longer. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that it still requires 2-3 business days for order processing before the package is shipped.
Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with BioRenewal is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased from our website upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require prior authorization by BioRenewal Representative. Please return your product within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.
Returns will be only accepted up to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
