Protocol: Peel-Off Mask Application
Preparation:

Face: 20 g of powder + 60 ml of water

Face & Neck: 30 g of powder + 90 ml of water
Steps:

Pour the powder into a bowl, then add room temperature water or gel (refer to the mixing gel product sheet for details).

Mix vigorously with a spatula for 1 minute until a smooth, homogeneous paste is achieved.

Immediately apply a semi-thick, even layer to the face using a spatula, avoiding the eye contour area. Begin with the cheeks, move upward to the forehead, and finish with the nose and chin.
Important: The mixture begins to harden within 4–5 minutes and will no longer be applicable once it starts setting.

Leave the mask on for 20 minutes.

Gently remove the mask in one piece, starting by detaching it from the contours of the face.

Returns and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with BioRenewal is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item(s) purchased from our website upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns require prior authorization by BioRenewal Representative. Please return your product within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund.
Returns will be only accepted up to 30 days after purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only items purchased from our website can be returned to us. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
